Introduction
The compact and light-weight pulling winch, with maximum 2 ton pulling force, is designed to attach to a 3 ton excavator. The pulling winch is powered by the hydraulic system of the excavator, so no additional hydraulic power pack is required for the operation. Alignment of winch to the pulling direction is fast by means of the movement of excavator. No additional anchor is required from the setup as the excavator will serve as the counter weight and the winch will be pressed against the ground as stabilization.
The pulling force is limited to protect the materials being pulled by the winch from damage. Also a tri-colour indicator light is included in the system to let the operator observe whether the pulling force is within the suitable range during the winch operation.
