Introduction
In order to install geothermal systems for houses and buildings, holes need to be drilled on the ground, using mostly rotary mud drilling with mud pump (bringing cuttings to the surface), and
DTH hammer drilling method, depending on the ground conditions.
In some restricted or confined areas, such as the backyard of a house, our small but power drill rigs HD10 and
HD50K are very suitable due to their compact size. Otherwise, our
HD50K-S and
HD70R with more power and stability (due to the larger size), are ideal for geothermal hole drilling.
