Introduction
Concrete bucket & hoppers are used in conjunction with tremie pipes for bottom-up concreting of bored piles. The concrete bucket silos have handwheel actuated hopper feeders for accurate discharge of concrete into the bore hole. The hoppers can be suspended under the concrete buckets and have suitable mounts for lifting using a tower crane or other lifting device. Retaining devices are also provided to seat the tremie pipes on pile casing.
Radio remote control system can be added for sliding door of concrete bucket. A camera is equipped in the system so the operator can monitor the real-time situation at the sliding door through the screen of electronic device such as mobile phone.
